Dental Crowns
A custom-made cap that fits over a damaged, weakened, or heavily filled tooth to restore its shape, strength, and appearance. Made from tooth-coloured ceramic or porcelain fused to metal.

A fixed appliance that replaces one or more missing teeth by anchoring to adjacent teeth. Bridges restore chewing function and prevent neighbouring teeth from shifting.
Dental Implants
A titanium post inserted into the jawbone that acts as an artificial tooth root, supporting a crown, bridge, or denture. Implants are the gold standard for replacing missing teeth.
Full Mouth Rehabilitation
A comprehensive, staged treatment plan that restores all or most of the teeth in both jaws — addressing function, bite alignment, aesthetics, and long-term durability.

Frequently asked questions
Fillings are typically appropriate when the damage or decay affects less than half the tooth. When more of the tooth structure is compromised, or the tooth has been root canal treated, a crown provides more comprehensive protection and better long-term durability. Dr Frame will assess your tooth and recommend the most conservative effective treatment.
With proper care, dental implants can last a lifetime. The implant itself (the titanium post) integrates with the jawbone and is very durable. The crown on top may need replacement after 15–20 years depending on wear and care. Implants are considered the most durable tooth replacement option available.
Both options can be excellent depending on your situation. Implants are generally preferred where possible as they don't require altering adjacent teeth and preserve jawbone. However, bridges may be more appropriate for certain patients depending on bone density, budget, and medical history. We'll walk through both options with you in detail.
